Starting his journey in IT Engineering, Mical worked his way up through various pivotal roles at Dell, including Services Sales Executive and Configuration Services Sales for Southern Central Africa. His dedication and expertise have been recognized with multiple business excellence awards.

As a leader, Mical combines strategic vision with hands-on experience, ensuring that every project he undertakes is executed with precision and innovation. His passion for building and DIY projects translates into a meticulous approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.

Adriaan is a seasoned professional with an impressive career in the hospitality industry. Starting as a part-time waiter at the

age of 10, he worked his way up to the head of a hotel group.

 

He is a renowned public speaker and is often referred to as the real "Minister of Tourism". As the CEO of SAACI, he was awarded the Titans Building Nations Award for the most influential man in business and government for South Africa, SADC, and Africa,

by CEO Global Magazine.

 

Adriaan has opened multiple hotels and worked on multi-million rand projects. He is also an exceptional events manager, having arranged state dinners for Presidents. Adriaan is a sales and marketing expert with an impressive network of professionals. He manages his own consulting agency with a consortium of businesses that service the hospitality industry. Adriaan's passion for interior design, style, and fashion is evident in his work.

Izanne Garofalo is the CFO at Garofalo & Liebetrau, bringing over 18 years of diverse experience in external audit, internal audit, and finance roles across multiple industries and countries.Her strategic thinking and project management skills have been pivotal in achieving organizational objectives and fostering financial stability.

 

Izanne's professional journey is marked by significant achievements, including receiving the Rising Star award in 2023 from the HBA. This award recognizes her substantial contributions to her organization and her dedication to leadership and uplifting others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Izanne is passionate about keeping fit and healthy and spending time in nature. She brings a unique blend of professionalism and personality to her role. She continues to set high standards for herself and aims to inspire others through her leadership and dedication.

Khai is an international traveller with great interest in the fashion Industry, media, current trends & the luxury retail business who studied a BA in Fashion Design at the London International School of Fashion (LISOF). Khai Atelier reflects her love of fashion, international sensibilities & empowerment through her bold designs. With 8 year’s experience in management of sewists & production from designing finished products with an in depth understanding of garment construction, textiles & quality control. She has knowledge of photography, lighting & studio practice.

 

Her first job was working at studio space pictures as a production coordinator behind the scenes. There she met most of the South African entertainment industry & artists, built relationships with artists, & other media personalities & carried that over into providing artists with her designs for their prolific toons. She has a strong fashion sense with the ability to incorporate trends across high volume products with an exceptional eye for detail.
